"My wife and I stayed in the above apartment for some six weeks in May/June 2015. We had been warmly received on arrival by the very helpful managers/owners, Aaron and Nellie, who remained available and hospitable throughout our rental period. The apartment itself provided outstanding accommodation in every respect. Its overall appearance was modern and elegant, with a fine ‘interior designer’ effect achieved both in the open-plan living/dining space, as well as in each of the three bedrooms. The furniture – beds, sofa, armchairs etc – was not only impeccably clean, but also extremely comfortable; the paintings and objects had been tastefully chosen; the lighting and colour scheme were similarly well-conceived. Adjacent to a very nice dining area with table and chairs for six, we also loved the kitchen with its dark oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, containing a more than generous selection of smaller appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and other items. Again, everything looked as clean and cared for as a new pin. The seemingly new washing machine and dryer were both substantial, and located in a separate utility room with plenty of cupboard space.The main en-suite bathroom had both shower and ‘jetted’ bath, in addition to a second bathroom with shower, and a separate vanity room. Everything felt pristine and functioned perfectly. The apartment also came not only with off-road parking, but also with a very pleasant, secluded and well-equipped barbecue area containing grill, patio table and chairs. And an extra outside space was provided by the charming, wide and newly-painted Victorian veranda at the front of the house, which allowed us to sit unseen, sipping an evening glass of wine, watching the world pass by on the other side of the delightfully-maintained front garden. Finally, the location of the apartment gave easy access on foot or by car to London’s downtown restaurants, shops and other services. Altogether, outstanding accommodation to which we would most certainly be more than happy to return should the occasion arise… and which we recommend to others unreservedly!"

"Our stay in London over the Christmas holidays was made extra special with this wonderful apartment suite. Spacious (plenty of room for our family of 5 adults), tastefully decorated, superbly appointed, with a great kitchen, and welcoming gas fireplace. Conveniently located near downtown, Richmond Street, the London Market, and Victoria Park, but on a quiet side street lined with elegant Victorian houses, it was a hospitable and relaxing place to come “home” to during our stay. Highly recommended!"

“My Family of four stayed in one of Josh and Aaron’s homes for a period of one year while my husband completed his training in London. We have never been so “at home” away from home. The unit was spacious, clean and well taken care of. We loved the fact that this house was so close to downtown London and that many other amenities were within walking distance. The customer service aspect of our stay is what really blew us away. Josh answered our dozens of questions prior to our arrival and scheduling our stay was easy. Any issues that came up during our time in the house where promptly taken care of by the owner. We would highly recommend Just Like Home Furnished Suites.”

“We spent the months of January and February, 2016, at the JLHFS at 1-380 Dufferin Avenue, London. We were escaping the harsh northern Manitoba winter and spending some time closer to our family. Our experience was extremely positive! The home was very well kept and quite inviting. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the modern high-end appliances and comfortable furnishings. We found the location perfect for our needs. Victoria Park is so close and such a great space. The shops and restaurants of the downtown area are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed hockey games and concerts at Budweiser Gardens and movies at Rainbow Cinema. Public transit is readily available and easy to use. The owners/managers-Aaron and Josh-were friendly and accessible, always ready to answer any questions and help with whatever we needed. We appreciated them being nearby but not at all intrusive. Dufferin is a major street but we were pleasantly surprised how quiet and private the home was. We felt totally safe and relaxed at all times. Our experience makes it easy to recommend JLHFS to others and we will definitely be back again!”

“As noted, an enjoyable month. This area, previously not well known to us, has proved to be very interesting with an excellent eclectic mix of friendly people and, in some case, quite attractive older homes. Many of which are lovingly maintained. The mature trees, oaks and maples etc., are very attractive and certainly have provided much-need shade during the heat! Lots of character here! In exploring the area, we've also found a number of interesting eateries and the proximity to the downtown core is a big attraction; we particularly enjoyed the offerings of The Toboggan brewery! "I highly recommend considering Just Like Home Furnished Suites for short or long-term stays. When I was relocating and needed furnished accommodations to fill the 6-week gap between houses, my stay with Just Like Home Furnished Suites delivered! The owners manage themselves professionally and worked with me to establish rental dates and reservations. The apartment featured high end appliances and bath fixtures. The furnishings were clean, coordinated, and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The lawn, beds, and grounds were lovely and well-kept as well. I can’t speak for all their properties, but my dog was permitted as well which was a huge benefit to me. Any questions or needs that I had were addressed almost immediately, certainly within 24 hours. I would definitely choose to use their services again when I visit London and would recommend them to my friends and relatives."
